A Brief Introduction to this Page's Purpose

Not Another Dime! is dedicated to documenting the assorted, and sometimes wild, details of Mr. Ken Whitman's business dealings within the Role Playing Game (RPG) industry. This place is NOT intended to be a medium of discussion about Mr. Whitman, pro or con, but instead be a "jumping off" point to enable the reader to make their own informed decision about Mr. Whitman's history and business character. (Editor's Note: After years of this documentation, we simply cannot be anything BUT "con" when it comes to Mr. Whitman)

Whenever possible, links to the original source material will be provided, but in many cases that information may have been deleted or secured behind restricted-access (like a private Facebook page) accounts.

Anything posted here is the opinion of the retrospective author and any content shown is to be considered "fair use" and posted for educational purposes only.

Note to authors: Please begin each post with the original date of the event being documented in the format of YYYY.MM.DD (i.e. If the event being recorded happened on March 15th, 2015 and today's date was August 8th, 2018 the beginning of the post's title would be 2015.03.15 and not 2018.08.08) so readers can use the Chronology page to find specific information. Please use appropriate tags when possible for the same reason.

Note to contributors: If you have some valid data to send, screenshots, links to other Ken Whitman stories, etc., please feel free to send a gmail to notanotherdimeblog. We'll look into it and post if appropriate.

2016.06.26 A Small Admin Note

2016.06.26 A Small Admin Note
We've been getting a few comments, a couple a day, this last week and while we do require the comments be moderated, normally that just means we won't let Ken "Whit" Whitman use Not Another Dime as a forum, as he has so many other legitimate means of communication with his supporters (current and previous).

Using comments here to "call out" Ken "Whit" Whitman isn't really productive, but when issues of money, fraud, and broken trust is involved it is too easy to vent a little. Commenters are generally given a little latitude.

Today we had a comment that we had to delete because we felt it crossed a line in calling Ken "Whit" Whitman out with names we're sure plenty of people have called him in private. In public here on NAD....nope, we're going to have to exercise some editorial control and delete it.

We've seen screenshots of how Ken "Whit" Whitman argues with people online, and verified that low level of class with others he's chatted online with, but we really don't want to sink to that level here. Don't take it personally if we prevent you comment from being posted.

  1. It's easy to say bad things in the wake of so much betrayal and outright fraud. That said, I think it's important that those wronged by Ken not sink to his level. I suspect that is probably what he wants (it could conceivably benefit him at any rate). Thanks for policing this blog and ensuring that it remain a point of public service, rather than a simple forum to air grievances.
