This is more of a documentation admin post than anything. Just showing that the IRS has officially revoked the 501(c)(3) status for Kenny's nonprofit, which has been legally dead as an entity for a while now, at least since 2023.10.04.
Of possible importance is the fact that this revocation of tax-exempt status was due to "not filing a Form 990-series return or notice for three consecutive years". Seeing how Kenny formed this in August of 2022 and it was revoked in May of 2025, that means that Kenny's nonprofit didn't file its Form 990-series return in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
For those not completely following along, it means he never filed what is essentially an informational "tax return" (emphasis mine):
IRS Form 990* is an annual informational report that most nonprofit organizations must file with the government to ensure transparency, accountability, and the maintenance of their tax-exempt status. Instead of calculating taxes, it acts like a public report card that holds organizations accountable by sharing their mission, financial details, and executive salaries with the IRS and the public.
*That is assuming that the nonprofit didn't need to file the much smaller Form 990-N
