2020.11.07 Ken "Whit" Whitman Resurfaces on Kickstarter! Part 2: Spinward Traveller
Ken "Whit" Whitman has resurfaced, after years, to check in with two Kickstarter groups he managed to fleece for the grand sum of $119,113. We just posted what we could on KoDT:LAS, but we have better access to the Spinward Traveller update:

"Hello Fellow Travellers, 

This Monday I will be shipping the Original Spinward Traveler files to Marc Miller.   

I do have a picture lock on a full green screen version, and I hope to negotiate the rights to finish the CGI and send you the finished product to you, as I promised many years ago.  

Another promise to send in some files.....
I do apologize for my horrible business mistakes, and I promise you I have been trying to elevate myself financially over the years to a level where I can finish this project for you. 

I will keep you informed of Mr. Miller's decision.

1st off, this statement would have some small measure of impact if he had actually already sent the files....better yet, had Marc Miller already received the files. At this point it's just yet another promise from Kenny, and that's about the only thing he's been good at delivering: promises.

We'll keep you guys informed, especially since we assume this is the beginning of some sort of attempt to gather more funds somewhere, somehow.

    Absolute total lies. Years ago I determined in my lawsuit that Whitman hid the fact that one hard drive had failed, and then had both 4TB drives were stored in a barn, which months later was totally destroyed in a fire.
    Whitman is just trying to run his standard 'play book' and see if he can make it look like he delivered something and do new Kcikstarter projects and continue the con like he always does.

      Maybe you should go after him again, then. Or encourage other backers to go after him.

      Because either he lied under oath or he's lying now.

      d20 Entertainment LLC has been filed in KY. I will be the sole and only member; effective 01/01/2021.
      One that date I will be in control and have all say on what happens with anything d20 entertainment; I will expect Whitman to co operate and turn over everything at that time.

    Kenny should solve the mysterious mental problem he claimed (that can only be diagnosed in an autopsy). Oddly he never had any mental aberration preventing him from COLLECTING money, just an aversion to doing the work.

    On 01/01/2021 I will be the sole and only member of d20 entertainment LLC. I will need any assets or records, in any form, to be turned over to me at that time. If anyone has any info I would appreciate if you could contact me with such information. This can be verified by doing a search on the State of Kentucky corporate web site. Notices can be sent to the register agent on file or the company main location on file.

    soo.. all this come to past yet? new owner with all assets and info, stuffed handed over with Mr Miller confirming stuff?
